Welcome to SARCON 2023, the E & IT conclave organized by Trident Group of Institutions in association with India Electronics and Semiconductor Association (IESA) and Software Technology Parks of India (STPI). The conclave aims to bring together experts, policymakers, industry leaders, researchers and students to discuss and deliberate on the current and future trends, challenges and opportunities in the electronics and information technology sector, with a special focus on India.
The conclave will be held on 9th Decemeber, 2023 at Trident Academy of Technology, Bhubaneswar. The conclave will feature four thematic sessions, each covering a key aspect of the E & IT landscape.
The conclave is supported by IESA, the prominent organization that promotes the growth and development of the E & IT industry in India. IESA is the premier trade body representing the Indian electronic system design and manufacturing (ESDM) industry.
This session will explore the potential, status and prospects of semiconductor manufacturing, design and innovation in India. It will also highlight the best practices, policies and initiatives to boost the growth and competitiveness of the semiconductor industry in India.
This session will examine the role of artificial intelligence and internet of things in enhancing the efficiency, reliability and sustainability of various domains such as healthcare, agriculture, education and smart cities. It will also showcase the latest developments, applications and solutions in the field of AIoT.
This session will address the challenges and opportunities of using remote sensing, unmanned aerial vehicles and geographic information systems for monitoring, assessing and managing the impacts of climate change on various sectors such as environment, disaster and water resources. It will also present the emerging trends, technologies and tools in the field of remote sensing and UAV with GIS.
This session will discuss the issues and implications of developing and promoting the Animation, Visual effects, Gaming and Comics (AVGC) and extended reality (XR) sector in India. It will also propose the strategies, frameworks and standards for ensuring the quality, creativity and diversity of the AVGC-XR sector in India.
